Why We Switched to Boolean – DeAnna, Office Manager

Boolean works out really well for us. This is what we were looking for in a software when we first spoke on the phone. So, we already knew that it was something that we were going to be successful at.

I would probably say the only thing for other people that maybe don’t see the same results that we do, is just like anything else:

  1. Make goals.
  2. Follow up on those goals weekly to show how you did for the week, who asked, Etc. 
  3. You have to look at reviews just as much as you look at your company’s numbers, your profit and losses, you’re end of days, your collections, etc.

If reviews are something that you want to be successful at, you have to be consistent. Everyone is accountable for it.

An Easy Solution

Question: “What surprised you most with the Boolean software?”

DeAnna: “I didn’t realize how easy the process would be with the software. That is what was surprising. The software always works, it always goes through, it goes directly to that link. It’s very user-friendly for the patient to go on and click that link and then leave us a review. We haven’t had any patients that have had any problems leaving a review, even for our elderly patients.”

The Results

Sossaman’s first full month of Boolean was February 2018. As of August 31, 2018 (6 months of usage) they received 93 new reviews across Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Currently, they are averaging 15.5 new reviews per month, and that is with only being open three days a week!
