The age old question what is more important, Quality or Quantity?
Quantity of Reviews
Depending on where your practice is located the quantity of online reviews that you are going to need — to have reviews begin to start positively impacting your practice — will vary. But the bottom line is that you need to have more reviews than your competitors.
Quality of Reviews
Quality is always going to be important in so far as you are able to keep a relatively high average rating (i.e. 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, etc.). It is not critical that every single review is 5-star. More importantly, you don’t need to sweat getting a bad review. The way that you make up for getting a bad review is just by getting more positive reviews.
